At Chacor, we are committed to delivering authentic, premium-quality Gilgit Shilajit that meets our standards for purity, packaging, and customer satisfaction.

Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict quality, safety, and hygiene standards. Please review the following return and refund conditions carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery if:

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product arrived damaged during transit.

  • The package was opened or compromised before delivery.

  • The item received is materially different from the item ordered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Remain unused.

  • Remain sealed in its original packaging.

  • Include all original labels and accessories.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Opened products.

  • Used products.

  • Products damaged after delivery.

  • Products returned without original packaging.

  • Products returned after the return eligibility period.

  • Products where the customer is dissatisfied with taste, texture, consistency, or personal expectations after opening the product.

As Shilajit is a consumable wellness product, opened containers cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Contact number

  • Photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the shipping package

This information allows our team to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Upon verification, Chacor may offer:

  • A replacement product.

  • A partial refund.

  • A full refund.

The appropriate resolution will be determined based on the circumstances of the claim.

Refund Process

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

Depending on the payment provider and banking institution, refund processing times may vary.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment confirmation.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

Cash on Delivery Orders

Customers selecting Cash on Delivery (COD) are expected to accept delivery of confirmed orders.

Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders may result in restrictions on future purchases or the requirement for prepaid orders.
